Natio loves and supports Lighthouse Foundation
Over 30 years ago our Founder, Max met Susan Barton AM, Founder of Lighthouse Foundation. They quickly became firm friends with a shared passion to spread love within the world. It’s such a joyous time for the team at Natio, where we have been able to officialise our ongoing partnership and build a strategy to help and support Lighthouse achieve it’s ultimate goal of ending youth homelessness in Australia.
Ending youth homelessness, together
Natio is proud to be partnering with Lighthouse Foundation, an organisation whose sole vision is to end youth homelessness.
Lighthouse is committed to shining a light on providing compassionate care and support to vulnerable children and young people who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness.
Lighthouse Model of Care
Lighthouse understands the unique challenges that young people face, and are devoted to helping them heal, thrive and achieve a lifelong sense of belonging. Lighthouse’s proven approach involves working closely with the community to create therapeutic homes and tailored support programs that meet the needs of each young person.

Foster care
Over 1,000 children in Victoria are in need of foster care. Lighthouse offers foster families tailored support and therapeutic care to help provide a safe and
loving home for these children to grow and thrive.
Foster carers with Lighthouse have the opportunity to make a real difference in a young person's life.
Lighthouse homes
Lighthouse has been providing safe and nurturing therapeutic homes for over 31 years through their Model of Care. Spread out across Melbourne, these homes are thoughtfully designed to meet the unique needs of each child and young person who lives in them. Lighthouse is committed to providing tailored support to ensure that every young person receives the care they need to heal, thrive, and feel loved.
In Community
Lighthouse understands that young people experiencing housing instability need more than just a roof over their heads. That's why their programs provide tailored support for those aged 16-25 across Melbourne, including therapeutic case management, outreach support, and referrals. They provide essential items such as clothing, food, toiletries, and furniture, because they understand that small gestures can make a big difference.
Natio is committed to supplying our natural Australian beauty products to the young people in Lighthouse programs, to assist in providing a sense of belonging and pride in themselves.
Even after a young person leaves a Lighthouse home, they may still require additional support. Lighthouse provides ongoing tools and resources through their On For Life program for young people, to reduce the risk of returning to homelessness.
