Natio is always striving to produce the very best quality products for our customers. We hope you love your Natio products, however if something isn’t right with your Natio online order, please reach out to support@natio.com.au

We understand that issues arise from time to time and we endeavour to listen, encourage and accept all feedback. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with our helpful customer support team. 

Natio takes our responsibilities under the Australian Consumer Law genuinely, please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy relevant to purchases made at natio.com.au. 

Returns

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us at support@natio.com.au. We accept returns under the following conditions. 

  • The product is purchased online at natio.com.au 
  • Faulty, defective, or unsafe products. 
  • Products that don’t match their description or are not fit for purpose. 
  • The product you have received is incorrect 
  • If required by Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws. 

You can choose to receive an exchange, credit, or refund (to your original payment method). However, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or if the product was damaged due to misuse or negligence. 

How to Return

  1. Email us at support@natio.com.au with your order number and reason for return. 
  2. Ensure the product is in good condition, with minimal use. 
  3. Repack the product in the original shipping box. 
  4. Include your online order number and the reason for return inside the box. 

Important:  We don't accept returns from Retail Partners. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns if you choose to not insure the parcel. 

Please allow up to two weeks for your refund to be processed. Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Change of Mind

Unfortunately, Natio does not offer refunds for a change of mind. If you have questions before ordering and are unable to find the information on our website, we are happy to help - please reach out to support@natio.com.au

In rare cases, you may be eligible for a change of mind refund if the following conditions are met (minus any shipping and handling charges that may occur):  

  • The product is new, unused and unopened 
  • Packaging is in its original condition 
  • You agree to cover the cost of return shipping 

Note: Natio cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit 

Important: Natio cannot accept Returns, Refunds or Exchanges for products without a valid proof of purchase, or for products that are printed “not for sale” or gift cards/e-vouchers. 

Refund Timeframes

Upon receipt and acceptance of your returned product(s), you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 48 hours. You may experience a delay up to 3-5 business days pending individual bank processing timelines.
