Warm a small amount of oil in the palms and massage onto the body using a mix of circular strokes, soft sweeping movements and gentle acupressure - at the same time lightly pushing, pressing and tapping the skin without dragging or pulling. An aromatherapy massage is the perfect way to ease muscle tension and improve blood circulation. The essential oils in Natio's massage oils penetrate skin to further benefit health and wellbeing long after a massage. It can take 6-8 hours for essential oils to be completely absorbed and work their magic, so avoid showering straight after an aromatherapy massage. TIP: This Massage Oil is great for a pre or post-exercise massage, or soothing the body after being on your feet all day.

1. Turn off power source and unplug cable from base of diffuser. 
2. Remove cover and/or lid and empty water from water tank from the DRAIN side.
3. Mix a small amount of soap with warm water in a separate bowl and use a clean cloth to wipe and clean the inside of the water tank and hood with the soapy water.
4. To best enjoy your diffuser, wipe and clean it after each use. Ensure the inside of the air inlet is free from dirt and dust.
5. DO NOT use diluted alcohol, ethanol or corrosive chemicals for cleaning as this will damage diffuser.
